Meet the Team
When you choose a company to carry out work in your home or workplace for the first time, you will definitely want to know a little bit more about their people before you make your choice – and it’s always good to put a face to a name. So, here we all are, complete with our cheesiest grins!

Sandra
Sandra is A&G Chem-Dry’s super-efficient Customer Services Administrator and her motto is, “If a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well” – which is lucky, because it’s A&G’s motto too! Originally from Lancashire, Sandra is often the first person clients speak to when calling with an enquiry. Sandra’s nick-name is “Smiley Sands” for obvious reasons. She loves Walkers crisps and is hoping to take her motorbike test very soon!

Brian
Always smiling, Brian has been a Carpet, Upholstery, Rug & Leather Cleaning Technician at A&G Chem-Dry for almost 13 years. If we had to sum up Brian in just 3 words, they would be “Popular, Professional and Punctual” His stain removal talents have earnt him the nick-name “Special Ops”. Brian is a tea drinker and has now cut down from 3 teaspoons of sugar to just 2.
Here’s what Mrs Reeve of Wilford in Nottingham had to say about Brian …
“Brian made a really good, thorough job of cleaning my three piece suite and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.”

Barry
Twin brother to Brian, Barry has been with A&G Chem-Dry for almost 5 years. Like his colleagues, Barry is hard-working and thorough and he made a great impression on clients from the start. Barry is a great tidier his motto is ”A place for everything, and everything in it’s place!” Barry loves cake, but he’s allergic to almonds. He’s keen on gardening and at weekends can often be found “tending the land” on his family’s allotment.
Mrs Warwick from Frisby-on-the- Wreake in Leicestershire was delighted with Barry’s stain removing talents recently and said ..
“I saw A&G Chem-Dry’s advert in the Leicester Yellow Pages after spilling red wine on my brand new wool carpet! Barry from A&G Chem-Dry completely saved the day by totally removing the stain in between my school run trips to collect the children!”

Stuart
Stuart joined A&G Chem-Dry in 2008 after many years in the military and several tours in various parts of the world. Stuart is another cake fan with coffee and walnut his asbolute favourite, (although, strangely, he doesn’t drink coffee as he doesn’t like it!! ) Stuart loves playing – and watching – both cricket and rugby.
Mr & Mrs Atkinson, of Farnsfield in Nottinghamshire said about Stuart’s workmanship …
“It was so good to see the difference in the appearance of our carpets and rug following the treatment. We are highly delighted with the results.”

Phil
Phil is based in our rug-cleaning workshop. His role, checking and carefully packaging beautifully cleaned rugs, ready for return to their owners is the final – and vitally important – part of our high-quality rug cleaning process. A dab hand with the broom and vacuum cleaner, Phil is very keen on keeping the workshop clean & tidy. He never says no to a cuppa and a piece of cake but Phil is also a big fan of Melton Mowbray pork pie!

Mike
Mike says the years have just flown since he bought A&G Chem-Dry with his wife Jackie in the Spring of 1995. He says “There have been so many changes in business over the past 17 years, but delivering an excellent service for our clients has, and always will be, our top priority”. Mike loves to spend any free time in the garden, umpiring for his local cricket team and taking the dog for long walks, especially along the beach in North Norfolk.
Mrs Austin of Melton Mowbray was impressed by Mike and said ..
“I chose to use A&G Chem-Dry to clean my carpets because of Mike’s professional approach when he came to do the survey and give me a quote”

Jackie
After more than 17 years in the business, Jackie’s enthusiasm for A&G Chem-Dry is as strong as it ever was. She takes care of marketing, payroll and admin, but particularly loves opening the mail in the morning to read the latest batch of completed questionnaires from more delighted clients!
Jackie likes a challenge and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2011 year in aid of Asthma U.K. This year she is training to run in the “Race for Life” for Cancer Research U.K

Max
Meet Max, Executive Director at A&G Chem-Dry. He doesn’t really contribute a lot if we’re honest – but he IS very cute!
