Often our clients just can’t wait until their post-clean questionnaire arrives to tell us how amazed they are! I had a lovely phone call this morning from Mrs C, who had never used A&G Chem-Dry until yesterday. I want to thank you for sending Barry to clean my three-seater sofa and two armchairs yesterday morning. I am absolutely delighted and the upholstery looks fantastic. Barry was extremely professional and very friendly – I would recommend him to anybody. Mike was also very professional when he came round to look at the upholstery and prepare a quote. I just want to add that this is the way businesses used to be run, but it is a long time since I have come across a company that still treats their customers so well.

Top Tip#2 – Buy with Confidence
When choosing a company to carry out work in your home, don’t hesitate to ask as many questions as you need to before you make your choice. You should never at any point be made to feel pressurised or rushed. If you are not given the name of the person who will be coming to quote and / or doing the work – don’t hesitate to ask for it. Also – is the person employed by the company (or are they a sub-contractor .. or a temp?) Have they been CRB checked? What was the result? It is also well worth checking whether the company is Trading Standards approved and members of the “Buy with Confidence” scheme, or similar. And above all else – trust your instinct. If you feel uncomfortable – use another company.
